Installation
1. On a clean server install eventscripts version 338
2. Copy all zipped files and contents onto server
3. Add es_load wcs in cfg/autoexec.cfg
4. Restart the server
5. Done

In this update, the core of WCS (wcs.py) is open-source. I'd appreciate if you'd not change/modify the author or the version. Thank you.
You can also have a laugh at the ugly code, who knows.
